Q. How long will it take to get my order? 
It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated.

  1. All orders received are subject to bank authorization and payment clearance prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.

  2. Orders are dispatched for delivery between 9.00am - 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturday.

  3. We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or ship internationally.

  4. We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone / mobile number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

Once we have ship your order it woud take....

  • Peninsular Malaysia Standard Delivery 2 - 4 business days 
  • Klang Valley Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) - For orders completed before 2pm
  • Klang Valley Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) - For orders completed before 4pm

Q. How to purchase my order?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. I’m getting an error when I’m trying to place my order, help!? 
First and foremost... mummies, remember to breathe. Cos if you don't, you'll faint and then it'll take even longer to get your BABYLAND order, and that's no good. Secondly, check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Email us at info@babylandss2.com or Facebook Message us at BABYLAND SS2 and we'll see if we can track down the problem.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at info@babylandss2.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.



Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
